Today was a fun day—I flipped through some new supplies that I got from an Ali Edwards order, looking for something to use for my Thursday3 page. I finally made some space for 12x12 paper in my studio, so I wanted to go through these papers before putting them away for a little while (although I am really excited to use a couple of these papers in my chronological album for next year).
I’ve got some great stuff going on this week, including a sleep study that I’m doing all about pregnancy and insomnia. I’ve been learning so much cool stuff about sleep science.
Technique of the Day
For today’s page—I just cut up a bunch of these cute little speech bubbles and added them to the page. I turned a 12x12 sheet of paper into a bunch of individual journaling cards, which is a great way to get your larger sized papers into your Daily Pages notebooks.

Tips & Creative Wisdom
Big Paper, Small Pages
You don’t have to save your 12x12s for layouts—cutting them down opens up a whole new world for your smaller notebooks.
Pro Tip: Turn one large patterned sheet into mini journaling cards. You’ll get dozens of usable pieces from a single page.
