I had a little bit more energy today, so I decided that I wanted to pull out some paints, markers, and my gel printing plate to make something a little more fun to finish out the week.
This was a great week getting back into the swing of things. Even though I’m definitely getting a little bit more tired with every passing day, I love coming to my standing desk and creating a page each day. I’m hoping that I can keep up with these pages (and these emails until I go on maternity leave in March).
Technique of the Day
I grabbed a few of my new Sharpie Creative Markers and made a few random marks with different colors right on top of my gel plate. These are honestly my favorite creative supply right now, and they work so well for mark making on the gel plate. I like to pick out 2-3 coordinating colors and go from there.
I added these two cards from Brandi Kincaid to finish up my pages with some pretty text. A perfect place for great reminders.
