Oooh. Today’s page is cool. I had a vision and I executed it.
That’s something that I haven’t been able to do for a few weeks now, and it feels so great to finally be back and locked in.
Today’s T3 notes:
The NFL draft is tonight. One day I’ll write about my complicated relationship with the National Football League, but for tonight, I’m just going to watch my team blow up another season and waste a ton of draft capital. The NFL is my Real Housewives. I’m here for the heroes and the villains. The drama, the stories, the families, and to a lesser extent—the games. We kick off the season tonight, with our favorite honored tradition of booing the commissioner. Let the 2025 season begin.
It’s legit 80 degrees out. That’s all.
My printed digital diary is so cool—I’ll have a post up on Saturday all about the first three months of this project. What I’m thinking, what I’m doing going forward, and what you need to make your own.
Technique of the Day
I really enjoyed last week’s thursday3 page, and I wanted to do something similar for today. I grabbed a stencil and added some letter stickers “TH3” to mask off the title on my gel plate.
I started out with some light blue paint, added some metallic teal on top and got the page you see before you. I’m a huge fan of how it turned out and so glad to have my groove back.
