Oh man, I’ve been so bad at sending out these emails this week. The heat wave is killing me, and the technology just won’t work in temperatures this high.
I’ve been doing Daily Pages Live through my iPad on the extra hot days, and I haven’t even been recording on the big computer (it’s amazing how much heat the machine outputs when we’re doing video stuff).
I apologize that I’ve been less than consistent lately, but that’s absolutely the beauty of Daily Pages—they work for you when you can show up, how you can show up. Even if it’s different than the other 99% of the time.
Technique of the Day
Today’s page was so much fun! I made this one yesterday, so I did my Thursday3 prompt. But first, I had so much fun putting this background paper together.
First thing I did was grab a fun stencil and use some dark grey paint on the gel plate. I let that dry and covered it up with some amazing florescent magenta. One of my favorite gel prints ever. I’ll absolutely be doing more backgrounds like this one—any stencil recommendations?
PS—we finished The Bear. I loved it.
