Happy Wednesday! I hope you’re all having a good week—things have been super busy today, I somehow scheduled all my meetings for today, and didn’t really think about how exhausting that would be, only that there was free time on the schedule to make it happen. So, today I’ve got a short email for you because I just got off my final meeting, I’m starving, and looking at this food-inspired page is making my tummy rumble!
Technique of the Day
Today’s page is a basic mini-scrapbook page. Single photo, stamped title, tag with journaling, and a little bit of washi tape to embellish. This is a standard format that I enjoy coming back to time and again. I’ve got tons of photos that are never going to make it into my big scrapbooks, and it’s great to get these stories down in a place where I can come back and visit them.

Tips & Creative Wisdom
Simple Formats Work
You don’t need a new idea every day. A go-to page structure—photo, title, journaling, washi—makes it easy to show up and tell your story.
Pro Tip: Keep one “recipe” page format you love. When you’re tired or busy, plug in new pieces and watch the page come together fast.
