Daily Pages: Let Easy Be Enough

Easy things for difficult days.

I needed something easy today. I’m trying to embody all the rest that I’ve been talking about so openly this week. Listen to this week’s podcast if you haven’t already.

Technique of the Day

I added some adhesive to the back of this postcard, and then cut everything out an arranged it in a pretty way on the page. Nothing groundbreaking, nothing all that exciting, but it felt really good to move my hands, to touch the paper, and to stick stuff down in the notebook.

Let Easy Be Enough

Not every page needs to be a masterpiece. When you’re low on energy or in a recovery week, give yourself permission to make something easy, quick, and low-stakes.

Pro Tip: Cut up something cute, stick it down, and call it a win. You showed up — that’s what matters.
