Okay—this is another page from last week. I’m still not really spending any meaningful time in the studio. It’s supposed to be a lot cooler today, but my head has been throbbing since Monday afternoon, and with the next four days being full of rain, I’m not trying to make it any worse than it is.
I’ve been sitting in my living room and getting on my Daily Pages Live calls through my iPad, but because of the heat and lack of air conditioning, I can’t run all the technology to do the full live sessions. My camera specifically really does not love the heat, and turns off whenever it feels like it’s getting too hot. So no point in recording my desk and making my headaches worse, if the camera won’t turn on.
Hopefully, I’ll be able to get back into the studio this afternoon and get a little bit of work done. I’ve got a few Find Your Voice Summer Camp things that I want to finish up on my desktop before Friday’s post.
If you’re not already signed up—make it happen! We’re going to have a great time and I can’t wait to see how you fill up your trail journal.
Technique of the Day
Over the weekend, I spent a ton of time in the air conditioning sorting my full sticker collection. It took several hours (three full Twilight movies—which are leaving Netflix at the end of the month) but I’m so glad that I got it done!
I love creating stickerscapes on easy days. Just pick out some fun stickers and make a little story with them. Pipsticks does a great job of making stickers that are super easy to use in a stickerscape. This one has the cool china cabinet, and all the little bits and bobs that you might put on it.
I matched it up with some fun words from Brandi Kincade that matched the vibes and called it a day. Keeping things super easy for the annoying summer days.

Tips & Creative Wisdom
Stickerscapes Are Low-Energy Gold
When you’re low on energy but still want to make a page, stickerscapes are the move. Let the stickers tell the story—add a title, maybe some journaling, and boom: a finished page that feels good.
Pro Tip: Pick one anchor sticker (like a cabinet, bed, or table) and build the rest around it. Instant scene.
