I’m knee deep in scrapbook supplies. I’ve been moving everything out of my office and into my studio over the last few weeks and I’ve got boxes everywhere. Several of those big black totes with the bright yellow lids are littered around both rooms.
A bunch of the stuff can get put into the garage. Some old scrapbooks, all the excess shipping materials, and all the additional shop items. I’ll make sure everything is labeled well, and then I’ll bring things back into the house as needed.
I’ve got a big box of stuff for next year’s Awesome Ladies Live (more details next month). I always love teaching in person, and that’s going to be a great way to get back into the swing of things again. I’ve got a few great projects planned and I’m already excited to start putting everything together. But for now, into a box, and into the garage it goes.
Technique of the Day
This week’s Currently List:
Watching:
Football (man those Steelers uniforms were terrrrrrible), all caught up on Only Murders in the Building—excited for the finale, I have an episode of GBBO that I need to catch up on, and we’ve been finishing up a Parks & Recreation rewatch in the kitchen.
Reading:
Nothing this week, although I did place a bunch of holds this weekend at the library. We’ll see what gets me out of this reading slump.
Listening:
Iron Flame (graphic audio edition)
Harry Potter 4
Making:
Room for baby stuff
Feeling:
Pretty good. My headaches have been back during the second semester, but they’re not debilitating, just annoying.
Planning:
Both the ALP Virtual Scrapbook Festival (more info next month!) and the activities for my Baby Shower (I’m being really picky lol).
Loving:
How the cleaning is coming along. We’re going to paint this weekend, and I’m excited to get started!
