Thank you so much for the versafine vs other ink demo -- I have those paper person stamps and I was so frustrated the other day b/c I couldn't get a clear image. I was ready to give away the stamp AND the pad. I thought it was my lack of skill (and maybe it still is!), but now I also know there are different "juicy" levels of ink. Maybe I just need to use a different brand/pad! I will check out versafine (and not give anything away just yet).
Ink pads are absolutely the biggest determining factor in how good my stamps look. I had no idea for years and same thing—I thought that I had been getting like defective stamps. Nope. Just the ink isn’t the right kind.
So glad you posted this. I've been waiting to see it as it will no doubt be full of more inspiration!
