Behind the Page
It’s Thursday — and time for my weekly Thursday3. As I mentioned earlier this week, I haven’t been feeling amazing lately, so I opted for an old selfie from my stash instead of taking a new one this morning.
I love that I’ve got a place to play around with my older photos. They aren’t nearly as fun just sitting in the drawer.
What are some of your favorite ways to use up old photos?
Technique of the Day
Today’s page was super basic, so to add a little bit of interest to my journaling, I stamped this “around here” in the lightest gray ink I had. It came out pretty much exactly as I imagined in my brain (don’t you love it when that happens?).
Reflections & Insights
Keep things simple when you’re feeling not your best. There’s no overlord standing behind you giving you creative orders. You’re the boss and you get to decide how much goes on the page and when you want to be done.
