rukristin on the Scrap Gals Podcast talking about the 100 Day Project
A few months back, I wrote about embarking on My version of the 100 Days Project. My goal was to spend a few minutes each day, for a hundred days, coming up with an introspective all about me question.
I'm happy to report that after a successful 100 Days, I was invited to chat with Tiffani and Tracey of The Scrap Gals Podcast as well as other participants of the 100 Days Project, Chris Johnston, and Teri Prichard.
We were also joined by Tori Bissell who is heading up a brand new 100 Days Project for the Scrap Gals Community that started on August 1st.

If you're not familiar with the original 100 Day Project, here's a bit more information:
The 100 Day Project is a free global art project, that anyone can participate in. The idea is to choose an action, and repeat that action once per day for 100 consecutive days.
On the podcast, I talk about how while the project was happening from April through July my main goal was to come up with a finished project of 100 All About Me questions.
I started out with the intention of sharing with the community and posting to instagram daily, but after about three weeks in, I found that my project wasn't really condusive to my instagram style and made the decision to keep my project to myself until I had completed it.
My original project consisted of a single traveler's notebook, with each page folded in half vertically. I then flipped the book on it's side and wrote my text for each question long ways along the notebook. After I finished up my 100 Days, I digitized my questions into a spreadsheet until I could decide how I wanted to share them with the world.

Last week as I was browsing through the Scrap Gals Community, I saw Tracie post asking if there were members that had completed the project. I spoke up and said that I had finished an introspective journaling project. She messaged me back and invited me to be a guest on the show.
I had an amazing time talking to Tracie and Tiffani and listening to the other guests chat about their 100 Days Projects as well. By the end of the show recording, I had written down some notes and was ready to morph my original 100 Days Project into a brand new 100 Days Project that I could share with everyone in the Scrap Gals Community as well as The Awesome Ladies Community.
For my original project, I asked introspective questions.
For the follow-up, I'll answer those questions -- and I invite you to join me!
