I'm currently working on an all about me scrapbook.
The theme of this book is Me: A to Z. Each page gets a letter and something about me that I associate with that letter.
Even if you aren't going to make in into an amazingly awesome scrapbook it afterwards, this is still a great introspective writing prompt.
Me: A to Z
A: Awesome Ladies Project App -- I spent all year on this and it's finally in the world
B: BTS (don't you dare judge me)
C: CSA -- Community Supported Agriculture. Farm veggies (and more) every week.
D: Dark -- the best time travel show of all time.
E: Eat -- I love making food, and we get such fresh ingredients here (see letter C).
F: Football -- I've been waiting all day for Sunday night; I hate myself for loving you.
G: Garden -- It's my go to place for summer recovery blocks.
H: Hair -- I keep my hair up because of my headaches.
I: Internet kid -- god, do you remember AOL chat rooms? brb.
J: Jeffrey -- he's my person.
K: Kristin -- it's incredible how many people misspell my name, even after typing @rukristin
L: Lawrence -- I can't stop listening to Hotel TV. Also The Weather, FOREVER.
M: Me.
N: NFL on Fox -- It's can't miss TV. Literally my favorite show. <shrug emoji>
O: Opinionated -- see above, and below.
P: Produce -- Living in Michigan, surrounded by farms, I'm now a huge fruit & veggie snob.
Q: Quiet -- I love sitting in silence. It's so restorative.
R: Rutgers -- University Alumni. Political Science, Women's & Gender Studies.
S: Scrapbooking -- This is going to make an epic scrapbook.
T: Tomatoes -- This year's tomato season was the best we've ever had.
U: Unique -- Well, I did invent Feminist Scrapbooking.
V: Venture Bros -- This is my re-watch.
W: Washi Tape -- My favorite crafty supply right now.
X: X Marks the Spot -- My favorite #Thursday3 selfie spot.
Y: Yesterday -- I love documenting older photos while still looking forward.
Z: Zoom -- So much of my life is spent on Zoom these days.
This is going to make an epic scrapbook. But if you're not a pretty paper person, it's also just a great creative writing prompt to get into and out of your own head.
