Technique of the Day
I got these new Sharpie Creative pens (they’re paint markers) and they were the perfect supply to create the white stars on my gel printed blue sheet. Originally, I had stamped some stars on white cardstock, but it felt way too tedious to hand cut them all on a holiday. Holidays are for taking it easy!
Reflections & Insights
I don’t necessarily make a holiday related page for every holiday, but I do like sneaking them in here and there. It helps to really ground the book in the calendar year and reminds you of what was happening when you were creating.
