DIY City Map Vermont Mini-Album
DIY City Map Mini-Album
#kandjdovt

Subject:
Jeff and I took a road trip this past June to Burlington, VT. We stayed a couple of days in the city, did a bit of relaxing and a bit of touristy stuff.
Construction:
The book is made from a free city map that I picked up while we were in Burlington. I cut and folded it until it had the right amount of pages. I bound the album with black embroidery floss and secured loose pages with washi tape.
Number of Pages:
10 pages + front cover and back cover.
Notable Parts:
It's made out of a folded-up map!
This book has a very 'thrown-together' style to it. I thought it matched well with the always imperfect Instax photos.
I really like putting together a book like this soon after a trip. Almost like I'm getting the first draft of a story out on to the page. Get a feel for what's important and what I'd like to feature next time around.
Materials Used:
City map that I picked up in Vermont, instax camera/film, black embroidery floss, Kelly Purkey PL Kit June/July, Studio Calico June and July kits,
