Behind the Page
On Friday, Jeff made two different types of chocolate cookies. A sandwich cookie from Martha Stewart that I requested, and a Mexican Hot Chocolate cookie from the NY Times. They were both so delicious and I knew I wanted a photo of the cookies to be my full page.
My December Daily Pages album is starting to get a little bulky. I’ve been having lots of fun with dimensional bits, since I don’t ever really use anything thick in my traditional Daily Pages. But, I thought I’d use this weekend’s stories as an excuse to get some flat pages in the album.
Technique of the Day
Going digital! I used Canva to create this page. I pulled my photo into the program and then added some digital text on top. I printed the picture out on my home printer, cut it to size, and stuck it in my album. So easy.
Reflections & Insights
Are your albums starting to get a little overfull? Digital pages can be a great way to cut down on the bulk and still get everything you want said, on the page.
