Daily Pages: Old Photos, New Stories
Rediscover forgotten snapshots and turn them into fresh Daily Pages inspo.
Behind the Page
As I was cleaning up my desk yesterday, I was getting ready to put back the box of older and smaller photos when I realized that there were some amazing pictures in there, and Daily Pages is the perfect place to tell some of those stories.
So today, I flipped through the photos in the box and grabbed a few of my favorite selfies (and a few other photos I want to use) and pulled them aside. The ones that I didn’t use for today are going with my Book of Me stuff for this year.
Technique of the Day
In addition to the photos, I also had these clear flower stickers (from our collage masterclass) on my desk. I let those lead my page as big focal points. To give my page the numbers it needed I used the Sharpie Creative Markers. It took them a few seconds more to dry on the clear sticker paper than regular paper, but totally worth it. No smudging and really bold numbers.

Tips & Creative Wisdom
Let Your Photos Lead the Story
Flipping through a box of old photos can spark memories and creative inspiration. If you’re unsure what to create, start with a photo that catches your eye and build the page around it.
Pro Tip: Pull out a handful of photos and keep them in a small tray or envelope on your desk for easy access whenever you need a quick creative spark.
