Today is all about #CurrentlyList.
This is one of my most created Daily Pages—I use the Currently List on my page every Monday. I’ve got hundreds of these pages created, and they’re my favorites to look back on.
Currently List is a simple way to journal a bit of your story with seven easy one-word prompts:
Watching
Reading
Listening
Feeling
Planning
Loving
A little more than ten years ago I created an easy-to-use journaling card with the above seven prompts -- so you can just grab one and document your life. It’s available now in a bunch of different formats (including a free printable linked below).
I've used my Currently List in a variety of different creative projects over the last decade, including my chronological scrapbooks, Book of Me albums, and various mini-books. Now, I kick off my week with a Currently List in my Daily Pages notebook every Monday.
Three reasons why using #Currently List in your Daily Pages notebook is awesome:
1. No Decision Fatigue
One of the biggest reasons I do a Currently List every Monday is because starting back up on a Monday can be hard. Knowing in advance that I'll be filling out a Currently List makes it so much easier to get started. There's none of that blank page syndrome happening.
2. A Cool Repeating Theme in Your Notebook
One of the cool things about Daily Pages is that you'll quickly start seeing running themes throughout your notebooks. This is even more true if you start using Currently List, or using other creative aids to help build your habit.
3. A Fun Community Project to be a Part Of
Currently List is awesome because there's already a really cool community of people who have been doing the challenge for a while. That means there's tons of inspiration and lots of people to cheer you on!.

Tomorrow, we'll talk about Thursday3, my favorite way to get more me into my notebooks, and how we translate that to Daily Pages.
