I’ve got pretty bad headaches today, so I needed something that was going to be super simple on my brain. One of the sticker challenges we have this month over at the ALP is all about using tiny stickers. So I pulled out my sticker binder and found a sheet of tiny stickers and another sticker sheet that coordinated.
Reflections & Insights
When I’m unsure of how I want to group or categorize supplies on the page, my default is to put stuff in rainbow order. This is especially true on a headache day. My brain always knows what colors things are, and where to put them, if we’re doing ROYGBIV. Having that default makes doing the act of creating a lot easier on hard days.

Tips & Creative Wisdom
On my headache days, I really love just sticking stuff down and not having to worry too much about whether or not I’m putting stuff in the ‘right’ places. Stickers are such an easy way to spend time being creative without too much brain power. And there are so many days where it feels good to make stuff, but our brain just isn’t in a place to actively think about all the various possibilities.
