Behind the Page
It’s the last day of January, which means we’ve got a new Lens theme coming up tomorrow — and it’s stickers! I’ve been surrounded by so much sticker inspiration the last few days that I couldn’t help but get started playing with stickers early!
This is the story of a little tradition that I have each year during the first weekend in February. It is the time of year that I grab all my succulents and indoor plants and make sure that they’re happy, healthy, and in the right pots. Because right after the Super Bowl, we start planting seeds for the outdoor garden!
Technique of the Day
I grabbed a bunch of stickers that I got off Temu for a $1 and picked out the ones that best went with my story. I used them as little visual cues for tiny bits of journaling that I wanted to do around the page.
Reflections & Insights
This is one of my favorite ways to journal. Write a few words about each thing with arrows around the page? Huge fan. And it’s so much easier for me to come up with three words on a headache day than it is to write full sentences!
