I had the same experience happen to me regarding my scrapbooking. I don't have kids and someone asked me why I was scrapbooking and who was going to inherit my albums. To be honest, it kind of hurt my feelings and stopped me from scrapping for a short time. It kind of felt useless after that comment. But then I realized that I'm scrapbooking for ME. These are my photos, my vacations, my road trips, MY LIFE. I often look through my albums and relive the amazing memories that I've made on my adventures. I'm not sure who is going to inherit my albums, but I'm going to enjoy them NOW for ME.

Loved this & it was so good to hear that anything goes with no judgements! I feel that I am beginning to let go of all the comparisons that I have picked up since venturing into creative journaling. It has made what should be a creative & uplifting experience - very stressful. As always, thanks Kristin

Do I get the newsletter you mentioned? I'm still trying to work out the various memberships.

Yep! Any time I mention the Newsletter I'm talking about this one on Substack. (Some people only get the emails, and don't ever come to the substack app, so they can get confused when I say "on Substack").
