11/15/23 Daily Page: Stamped Autumn in Michigan
Fall colors, a stamped background, and a Michigan
Behind the Page
My goal for today was just to play around. I looked out my back door just before getting started today, and the leaves on the ground were just so pretty. This outline and fill-in leaf stamp sets is a favorite to pull out this time of year and it was perfect for documenting the leaves outside and today’s warmer temperatures
Technique of the Day
This is a repeating-stamped background. Probably one of my favorite go-to techniques. I love creating patterns with outline stamps and then picking out a great color palette for the full-in stamps.
Reflections & Insights
I had to make my pages a little smaller than usual because we’re almost at the back of this notebook. I cut my grey cardstock to 3 and 3/8ths inch instead of my usual 3 and a half. They fit pretty much perfectly and barely needed any trimming after I glued them into the notebook
